ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer of investigation in Crime No.1121 of 2025 from the second respondent to the third respondent and consequently, to direct the third to conduct fair, proper and effective investigation and file final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' on 19.11.2025. 2/4

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the respondent police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
