This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9777 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.2725 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9777 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.2725 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Court, Hosur, twice in a week i.e., every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
