This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.17778 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.17778 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Theni, once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
