ORDER
This petition is filed for relaxing the condition imposed in Crl.A(MD). No. 1182 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025.
2. Initially, Cr.M.P(MD)No.477 of 2025 was filed by the accused Nos. 1 and 3 before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, seeking bail. The said petition was dismissed by the Sessions Judge vide order dated 31.10.2025 as against which Crl.A(MD)No.1182 of 2025 was filed before this Court. This Court allowed the appeal vide its order dated 11.11.2025 and granted bail to the appellants.
3. While allowing the appeal this Court imposed certain conditions in 7th paragraph of the said order. In condition No.7(b), the appellants were ordered to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonement Police Station, Trichy District daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The present petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.19034 of 2025 is filed by the petitioners to relax the abovesaid condition No.7(b).

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have no relatives or accommodation in Trichy and the prolonged stay away from their homes and regular workplace affected their livelihood and the sustenance of their families. He would further submit that the petitioners will co-operate with the investigation and trial. He would pray that the condition No.7(b) already imposed by this Court may be modified to report before Eruvadi Police Station or any other police station within Tirunelveli District.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
6. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
7. In view of the submissions made on either side, the condition No.7(b) already imposed on the petitioners by order dated 11.11.2025 in Crl.A(MD)No. 1182 of 2025 is modified as follows:
''The petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Eruwadi Police Station, Tirunelveli District, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders''
