This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking the impleadment of the petitioner herein as the third respondent in the main Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent/writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second and third respondents have no objection for impleading the petitioner in the main Writ Petition.

3. Recording the above submissions, the petitioner is impleaded as the third respondent in the main Writ Petition. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and records.
