ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry.
2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he had already filed an anticipatory bail application before this Court and this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he was unable to furnish the sureties in time and, hence, filed an extension petition, which was also allowed. Since the order copy is not yet ready, the conditions of the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner has not been complied with. In view of the same, he has filed the present application seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that since he had not furnished the sureties in time, the police had taken steps to secure the petitioner.
5.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on records.

6.In view of the above, the third respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner till he furnishes the sureties and avails the anticipatory bail.
7.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
