These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 441 days in setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd appellant, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second appellant namely K.Bangarusamy and to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 8 as the appellants 5 to 8 as the legal representatives of the deceased second appellant in S.A.(MD) No. 477 of 2011.
