Alleging that the order of this Court dated 12.08.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.15568 of 2023 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 12.08.2025, passed in W.P.(MD)No.15568 of 2023 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 30.12.2025 bearing reference No.Pa.Mu.A6/6764/2025 has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 30.12.2025, if so advised, in the manner known to law.
