ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.104074 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The names of respondent Nos.4 and 6 have been printed in the cause list.

4. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has not raised any objections to this petition.

5. Mr.Shyllappakalyan, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat for the 5th respondent and submits that he has no objections to this petition.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
