ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.104075 of 2025 before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
3. Mr.Shyllappakalyan, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat for the 5th respondent and submits that he has no objections to this petition.
