ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry, by considering the representation dated 27.11.2025.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. He further submitted that the third respondent filed a complaint, leading to a summons for enquiry at the second respondent police Station. Despite the dispute being civil in nature, the first and second respondent police are allegedly pressuring the petitioner to appear, causing harassment.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate, Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that already an enquiry has 2/4

been conducted in this matter and the petition was closed with respect to the civil dispute between the parties.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
