O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The petitioner herein seeks leave of this Court to prefer a writ appeal as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 16.06.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.14301 of 2025, on the ground that the order in the writ petition has been obtained suppressing certain vital facts with regard to the property, which is the subject matter of the instrument directed to be registered by the learned Single Judge. As a consequence thereof, the land belongs to the public and classified as "Tharisu", by manipulation of the records and suppression of facts, has been permitted to be transferred through the instrument presented by the writ petitioner for registration.

2. Considering the nature of the grievance exposed by the petitioner herein, this civil miscellaneous petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a writ appeal as third party as against the order passed by the

learned Single Judge, dated 16.06.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.14301 of 2025, is allowed and the petitioner herein is granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third party as against the said order.

3. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission in the usual course. [G.J., J.] [K.K.R.K., J.] 11.12.2025 NCC :
