ORDER
This petition has been filed for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6022 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD).No.847 of 2024 dated 04.08.2025.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in the case of one of the co-accused, this Court had imposed a condition that he should appear before the learned Additional District Judge (FAC), I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. The learned counsel submitted that the condition imposed by this Court may be relaxed and modified on similar terms as granted in favour of the co-accused.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this court on 04.08.2025 without any default.

5.Considering the fact this Court has modified the condition for one of the co-accused, relaxation is granted. Accordingly, the condition No.12(ii) in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6022 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge (FAC), I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
