ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10714 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.676 of 2024 dated 12.08.2025.

2. This Court while granting bail to the petitioner vide order, dated 12.08.2025 directed him to stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a resident of K.Karisalkulam, Virudhunagar District and he has been complying with the condition of this Court since 21.08.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to meet his day-to-day expenses at Nagapattinam.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition. 5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month ie., on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
