ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11600 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.463 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and is residing at Dindigul. Therefore, he seeks relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent did not dispute the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court on 01.09.2025, regularly. The learned Government Advocate, further submitted that the petitioner has eleven previous cases of similar nature.

4.This Court vide order dated 01.09.2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11600 of 2025, relaxed the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5245 of 2024 dated 29.04.2025 and modified 2/4

the same by directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders.

5.Considering the age and medical condition of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to further modify the condition. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The petitioner shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, once a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.00 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. 18.12.2025 Sn TO 1.The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul.
