Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.17920 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.17920 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai once in a week, i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear 2/4
