ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 particularly the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2025 in accordance with of BNSS 2023.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5. He further submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5. Since no action has been taken by the respondent Police, the present petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate, Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that already an enquiry has been conducted in this matter and the petition was closed in C.S.R.No.252 of 2025, on 30.11.2025.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
