of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(1) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 1988 in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.1478 of 2025 and so far, no FIR was registered.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima 2/4

facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report, else the petition be closed. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
