O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the third respondent, notice is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2025 sent for the purpose of to take necessary action on the basis of the G.O. (D) No.346, Labour and Employment (P2) Department, dated 10.03.2005, issued by the 1st respondent herein to recover the service 2/5

monetary benefit amount of the petitioner of a sum of Rs.6,47,072/- with interest due and payable from the 3rd respondent herein by invoking the provisions of Revenue Recovery Act. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, submits that proceedings have been received from the 2nd respondent recently and the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 nd 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
