Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned letter issued 4th Respondent and connected enquiry report in Na.Ka.No.3179/C1/2025 dated 29.09.2025, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to make an enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 7, in respect of complaint of fraud and misappropriation said to have been committed by the 7th respondent during his tenure as Special Officer and Secretary in the 8th respondent society from 07.08.2017 to 04.03.2023, more particularly allegation of misuse of fund under ICDP project by an officer of Vigilance and Anti-corruption Department or any officer as this court deals fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to initiate action as against the private respondents for their alleged mis-appropriation of the Cooperative Society funds.

2. The averments made in the affidavit it is clear that this writ petition has been filed in Public Interest.

3. Therefore, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file Public Interest Litigation, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
