This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 6 not to survey the petitioner's land on the basis of the forged deed Doc. No.3182/2022 dated 22.09.2022 and bogus Patta No.7713 situated at A.Kokkulam Village,Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District and consequently, cancel the forged Patta No.7713 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, seventh respondent and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. In the event of any issues pertaining to land disputes, the parties shall approach the competent civil court. No costs.
