Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceeding of the 2nd respondent dated 21.11.2025 issued in Ref.No.90288/N1/2025 and quash the same as illegal in so far as this petitioner is concerned. ORDER

The petitioner, who was working as a Staff Nurse at Thanjavur Medical College and Hospital, has been transferred on deputation to the Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital, by proceedings dated 01.11.2019. Thereafter, by proceedings dated 21.11.2025, the petitioner has been reverted back to the parent institution, namely, Thanjavur Medical College and Hospital, by terminating the deputation order. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was relieved from the Tirunelveli Government Medical College and Hospital 2/4

and now, she joined at the Thanjavur Government Medical College and Hospital. Therefore, she is not inclined to prosecute the case.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 02.12.2025 ogy Index : Yes / No.
