Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is a daily wage employee and he was unable to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the above said condition. Accordingly, paragraph No.6 shall be replaced as follows:- "6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, and on further conditions that;- ......."
