O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta, which were issued in the name of respondents 4 to 6 vide Patta Nos.634 and 621 respectively within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 11.11.2025 to to cancel the patta, which were issued in the name 2/5

of respondents 4 to 6 vide Patta Nos.634 and 621 respectively. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
