ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.10432 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the petitioner is working in Chennai and he is unable to appear and report before respondent police. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only for 9 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is woring in Chennais, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.10432 of 2025 on 22.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.10432 of 2025 on 22.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Triplicane Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.'' 09-12-2025 jbr To The Inspector Of Police, District Crime Branch Police Station, Karur District.
