PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 herein from disbursing the funds to the respondent No.7 under any government scheme for constructing house in the property comprised in Sur.No.64/3 situated at Villanenthal Revenue Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the representation dated application dated 10.11.2025 and 24.11.2025 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the official respondents forbearing them from disbursing housing loan to the 7th respondent under any Government scheme.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, patta stands in his name and therefore, any housing loan disbursement to the 7th respondent under any one of the schemes would affect his right. 2/5

3. A perusal of the patta reveals that it is a joint patta in which the name of the 7th respondent is also found. In case, the petitioner has got any grievance over the construction to be put up by the 7th respondent, it is for him to approach the competent civil Court to get interim order. In case, any interim order is passed by the civil Court, the official respondents are directed to strictly abide by the interim order of the civil Court.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
