ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order passed by this Court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.11823 of 2025 dated 14.07.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Earlier, the petitioner has approached this Court in CRL.OP. (MD)No.11823 of 2025, seeking Police protection for his life and limp by considering his representation dated 11.06.2025. The respondent Police has taken a specific stand that they have not received any representation from the petitioner. The petitioner has also not placed any proof that he submitted the representation. Therefore, this Court disposed of the said petition as under:- 3.From the records, it appears that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof and acknowledgment for submitting the representation to the respondent Police.

4.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent Police. On receipt of the same, the respondent Police shall consider the same and if it warrants, take appropriate action in accordance with law.

3.Now, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition as if he has submitted a representation again, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 14.07.2025 and the same has not been considered by the respondent Police.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has never submitted any representation as projected in the petition and also after a specific direction issued by this Court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.11823 of 2025, dated 14.07.2025, he has not submitted any representation to the respondent Police. 5.When this Court verified that whether any representation has been submitted as directed by this Court dated 14.07.2025 in CRL.OP.(MD) 3/6

No.11823 of 2025, the petitioner is not in a position to submit any proof to substantiate that he submitted the representation. Therefore, this contempt petition is dismissed.
