ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender before that Court in connection with Crime No.582 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3.The case of the prosecution is that on 23.11.2025, due to previous enmity between two groups, the petitioners and some others trespassed into the defacto complainant's street with lethal weapons and threatened them with dire consequences and fled away from the scene of occurrence. Based on these allegations, an FIR has been registered against the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police on instructions, submitted that no one sustained any injury.

5.This Court carefully perused the materials available on record. 6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, to issue prior notice to the de facto complainant and thereafter to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same 3/5

day of their surrender before that Court in connection with Crime No. 582 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
