PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that current paper enquiry is pending and so far, no FIR was registered.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry without harassing the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 2/4
and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report, else the petition be closed. The petitioners is also directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
