The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 01 day in filing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 30.07.2025 in A.S.No.29 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, reversing the judgment and decree, dated 27.02.2020 in O.S.No.93 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Srivilliputtur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
