This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in preferring the Civil Revision Petition against the order passed by the Executing Court in E.P.No.19 of 2022, dated 12.08.2025 in O.S.No.145 of 2016. Notice was ordered by this Court in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition on 23.02.2026.

2. Mr.R.J.Karthick representing Mr.Pragatheesh Ganapathy has entered appearance for the contesting 1st respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
