ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17031 of 2025 dt. 03.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days, ie., 1st and 15th working day of every English Calendar month until further orders. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
