Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 3 to pay a just and reasonable compensation a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs only) for the injury suffered by the petitioner due to the negligence on the part of the Respondents No.3 and 4 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents Nos.1 to 3 to pay a just and reasonable compensation of a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) for the injury suffered by the petitioner due to the negligence on the part of respondents Nos.3 and 4, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, due to the negligence on the part of respondents Nos.3 and 4, the petitioner fell down from his bike and sustained grievous injuries, as a result of which he was bedridden. Hence, he seeks compensation of a 2/5
sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) for the injury suffered by him due to the negligence on the part of respondents Nos.3 and 4.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner dated 22.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.
4. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 22.11.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the same independently.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
