JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The instant writ appeal is filed challenging the order of this Court dated 18.09.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.23165 of 2025. 2.The writ petition was filed challenging the order passed by the Block Development Officer cancelling the work order granted to the writ petitioner for construction of a house in the premises in question. The learned Single Judge finding that the cancellation order has been issued to the writ petitioner without issuing show cause notice, had set aside the order and remanded the matter back to the authorities concerned to pass a speaking order following the principles of natural justice.

3.Since no final decision has been taken on the merits of the dispute and the learned Single Judge has only directed the authorities to pass a speaking order after hearing the parties, we do not find any merits in the present appeal.

4.Accordingly, this writ appeal stands dismissed. However, the appellant is permitted to file objections, which shall be considered by the authorities concerned before passing an appropriate order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
