PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue legal heir certificate in favour of the petitioner and his sisters, Indirani, and Rama Veni as the legal heirs of deceased Lakshumanan, and on basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2025.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to issue legal heir certificate in favour of the petitioner and his sisters based upon his request dated 04.11.2025.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, unless an application is made through online, they will not consider the request of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to file an online application seeking legal heir certificate. In case, if any such application is uploaded, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
