ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Sivagiri, to expedite the trial of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2025 and pass orders within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 09.12.2025, the trial Court has furnished the year wise breakup of pending cases. Based on the report submitted, there are 859 cases pending before the trial Court.

3. Considering the huge pendency of the cases, the learned Principal District Munsif, Sivagiri, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
