(Made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR,J.) The present petition has been filed by the 6th respondent in W.A(MD).No.574 of 2020 seeking to review the order dated 16.09.2025 wherein the writ appeal was allowed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had raised the submissions primarily touching upon the merits of the writ appeal. In fact, the same arguments that were advanced at the time of arguing the writ appeal were re-argued. In such circumstances, we find that we cannot exercise our jurisdiction under Order 47 Rule 1 of C.P.C.

3.There are no merits in this application and therefore, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
