The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.21765 2/5

of 2023, dated 19.03.2025, wherein, the Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents to release the terminal benefits of the Writ Petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before his Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition has been complied with. 4.Recording the abovesaid submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
