When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that I.A.No.12 of 2025 in O.S.No.65 of 2013 has also been decided by this Court in C.R.P.(MD).No. 3788 of 2025, by order dated 16.12.2025.

2. In view of the above submission, the order passed in C.R.P.(MD).No. 3788 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025 is binding in the present case. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

3.This Court places on record its appreciation for the valuable assistance rendered by the three learned Court-appointed Legal Aid Counsel appearing for R1, R3, R5 and R7 to R14, whose effective submissions have aided this Court in arriving at an appropriate decision.

4.
