2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed through E-filing.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.14642 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required.
