Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.side) Prayer: To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station, ever Friday at 5.30 P.M until further orders in Crl M.P.(MD). No.13714 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025 in Crime NO.199 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl M.P. (MD). No.13714 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 55 weeks. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

4. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl M.P.(MD). No.13714 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
