O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.09.2025, wherein the petitioner's request for building plan approval has been rejected.

2. A perusal of the order reveals that the petitioner's request for building plan approval has been rejected on the ground that the construction has already been completed. The order further points out that building would be locked and sealed on 11.10.2025.

3. In view of the lock and seal order, the petitioner is having an effective alternative remedy by filing an appeal before the Government under Section 80-A of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act. In case, if any appeal is preferred by the petitioner on or before 31.12.2025, the same shall be considered on merits.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
