This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 4 and 5 legal representative of the deceased second appellant and rank them as proposed appellants 4 and 5 in the above second appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not having any objection in allowing these petitions.

4.Records perused. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the second appeal and list the matter on 23.01.2026.
