[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The public interest litigation has been filed alleging that a portion of the cart track in the possession of the private respondent is Government promboke land. However, the FMB sketch produced by the petitioner himself indicates that the cart track is in the patta land of the private respondent. If there is any dispute regarding the nature of the cart track, the petitioner has to workout the remedy before the competent civil Court. Therefore, the public interest litigation is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
