ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith implement the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Pa.Mu.A1/9165/2024 dated 10.06.2025 and issue separate patta in the name of Arulmigu Mariamman Temple with respect to the property comprised in Survey No.1464/68 to an extent of 0.0104.0 sq.mt. in Atchanthavizhthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. According to the petitioner, the second respondent has already directed issuance of a separate patta in favour of Arulmigu Mariamman Temple for the property in Survey No.1464/68, measuring 0.0104.0 sq.m., situated in Atchanthavizhthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. Despite
the order being passed, the respondents have not taken steps to implement it. The petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 20.11.2025, requesting implementation of the order, but the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents require eight weeks' time to implement the proceedings of the second respondent dated 10.06.2025 and to take consequential action in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to implement the proceedings of the second respondent dated 10.06.2025 and to take consequential action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
