[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] Innocuous letters dated 01.07.2025, 26.07.2025 and 16.08.2025 making certain indirect allegation of abuse of funds are now sought to be provoked by the Inspector of Panchayat through the public interest litigation.

2.This Court finds that mandamus to provoke a vague complaint will not lead to anywhere. Hence, we are dismissing this Writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner herein to get appropriate information from the concerned authorities through RTI and if the petitioner is still of the view that public funds have been misused, he can make a specific complaint to the appropriate authority.
