Heard Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

2. This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5594 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.185 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai District, dated 26.11.2025.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. S. Saravana Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, was informed that the challenge in the revision petition is to an interlocutory/revisable order passed by the trial court, and therefore, it may not be appropriate to invoke the revisional jurisdiction under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner would Girish Kumar Suneja vs. CBI, AIR 2017 SC 3620 2/4

then seek liberty to file a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., and the revision petitioner does not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petition and seeks to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C.
