2. This Court, by order dated 04.12.2025, disposed of the Writ Petition directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's request. However, the petitioner submitted that an order has already been passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.20435 of 2025, dated 28.07.2025, directing the Tahsildar to survey the land.

In the present petition, the petitioner seeks police protection for the purpose of demarcation and fixation of boundaries of the petitioner's property situated in Survey Nos.70/12, 70/14, 70/16 and 70/17, Therkku Chandanur Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. If the 3rd respondent requires police protection for carrying out the said exercise, the same shall be considered by the 2nd respondent.
