ORDER

Seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2024 on 17.05.2024 on the file of the third respondent based on the representation dated 01.09.2025 and entrust the same to any other competent agency in accordance with law to complete the investigation within a stipulated time period, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that in this case investigation is over and charge sheet was filed on 20.11.2015 and the same was taken cognizance in STC.No.424 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, Madurai District and the case was also disposed of on 30.01.2025.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 06.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
