This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 17.05.2023 and 27.06.2024, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta for the entire extent of 3 1/2 cents in Survey No. 324/5A3A1, situated at 13/29, East Car Street, Mela Mudhukulathur Group, Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 17.05.2023 and 27.06.2024 to the respondents for issuance of patta for the petitioner's land. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
